Round 14: POTR & Weekend Wrap-up
- Richmond City
- Feb 28, 2022
- 1 min read
With yet another lovely weekend of weather, we saw our Women's 1st XI take the field against Carnegie in the Division 1 Semi-Final and while the chips didn't fall in our favour, the women played a brilliant game and took it right to the opposition with some great batting and some excellent fielding. Everyone at the club is extremely proud of the effort that they put in on the weekend!
With regard to the other matches, we saw some mixed results but there were some valiant efforts with both the bat and the ball on the field which we would love to celebrate.
As always, we celebrate the achievements of those players who were identified by their captains and coaches below and as a small token of celebration, the players below can enjoy a complimentary dinner after training on Thursday night!
